Warranty

All Genuine Eminence products come with a 7 year warranty.
All JBL products come with a 5 year warranty.
All Closeout products come with a 90 day warranty.
All other products come with a 1 year warranty.

This warranty is in effect from the original date of the first customer purchase. Exept as specified below, your Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship.

The following are not covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by the original manufacturer.

The manufacturer will pay all labor and material expenses for all repairs covered by this warranty (excluding shipping costs).

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned products must be in new condition and contain all original packaging. In the rare event you should receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
