    The part was shipped immediately, thank-you, Orange County Speaker. The one thing that Eon G2 owners should know is that the diaphragm is robust, and usually only fails when the high-frequency section of the amplifier fails. There is no twenty-cent DC blocking capacitor in the amp to protect the driver. When the amp goes bad, the voice coil melts. This also means that what should cost $100 in parts to fix is automatically doubled. And don't forget the heat-sink compound when you replace the amp, lok-tite all of the internal screws, and check the toroid transformer mounting bolt. Lok-tite it, too, if it's loose. Other than than that, I really like the eleven Eons I own.
