I've order these connectors before and they are simply awesome! They are just as good as the much more expensive Switchcraft brand. They appear to be the same connector most cable companies use when you buy cables at retailers like Guitar Center. I just wish I could afford to buy in higher quantities to get the price even lower!

I was a little nervous ordering products from a place I haven't ordered from before. I took a chance because the prices and shipping were basically the best I could find without taking a chance from some Chinese seller. I ordered 50 of these and they arrived sooner than the estimated delivery date which is awesome! The plugs: The plugs are lighter weight then the Switchcraft plugs I've used on the past but these plugs are a 1/3 the price! I've been using these to build 6" patch cables for pedal boards using Lava Cable ELC low capacitance instrument cable and they're turning out excellent. My 2 complaints: 1. One of the plugs (out of 50) had the larger .375 opening. This wasn't really a problem for me and I actually went through the other 49 looking for one more because I have some of the Lava Cable Ultramific cable that needs the .375 plugs. It'd be cool if Orange County Speaker got some of these larger plugs in, I'd buy them. 2. They aren't offered in a 50 or 100 pack like the straight plugs and pancake plugs also listed on there site. Not a big deal at all though. I'll be ordering some of the pancake plugs to build patch cables out of the Lava Cable mini-ELC cable I have. I'm looking forward to ordering more products from this company!

These plugs are much more compact than the ones I had been using for effects patch cords. They are all metal and look great as well. Easy to work with, easy to solder.

I use these right angle 1/4" male plugs to build custom unbalanced instrument cables. I recently completed a set of 14 cables for a guitar player who wanted to clean up his rig. I used these connectors, Horizon Concert-1 cable, and high quality heat shrink to construct what he considers to be the best cables he has ever owned. These connectors solder well and are very sturdy. I don't expect any problems with them and feel confident using them in high demand environments.
