What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, and money orders in US Funds.

What is your return policy?

OCS provides 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item we sell, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund (does not include shipping charges). All items returned must be in new condition and have all original packaging.

Is ordering online with Orange County Speaker safe?

Absolutely! We provide 100% secure SSL online ordering. Your credit card and personal information is safe with us. We do not trade, rent, sell, or give your personal information to anyone.

How much does it cost for Orange County Speaker to re-edge my speakers?

What if I want to re-edge them myself? Do you sell do-it-yourself kits?

Orange County Speaker sells the highest quality do-it-yourself re-edge kits and provides secure online ordering. You can find more information at our Re-Edge Kit Page.

Is it difficult for me to re-edge them myself?

As long as you are somewhat handy, it's a fairly simple process. We provide all the materials needed, along with step by step illustrated instructions including 14 pictures. You can view the instructions online.

What is the shipping cost on re-edge kits? Can you ship to locations outside the United States?

We ship all re-edge kits via Priority Mail, which is $6.50 to anywhere in the United States. We can ship packages that are 2 LBS or less by Insured Air Mail Parcel Post to the following locations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam, and Wales. The cost for Insured Air Mail Parcel Post shipping outisde the USA is $25 (US Dollars). If your order is heavier than 2 LBS, then unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the USA. All orders shipping outside the USA must be 2 LBS or less.

My speakers are completely blown. Do you offer complete rebuilding/reconing services?

Yes. Please see our Recone Price List. If your speaker is not listed, please call toll free at 800-897-8373 for a price quote. Or you can send email to questions@speakerrepair.com. If sending email, please include the brand, model number, and size of the speaker.

Do you sell complete rebuild/recone kits?

Since there are tens of thousands of different speakers and models, it is virtually impossible to sell a correct reconing kit. Orange County Speaker is authorized for most major brands, and these companies do not offer any warranty on parts not installed by authorized service centers. We recommend sending them to us to have them professionally repaired. All our repairs have a one year warranty.

My Speakers are my babies! Will they sound the same after they are repaired?

Yes. We are factory authorized for most major brands and only use the highest quality parts available. Orange County Speaker has been family owned and operated since 1968. We do speaker repair service for such companies as Disneyland, ABC Television, Guitar Center, AMC Movie Theaters, Sam Ash Music Stores, and hundreds more major corporations and businesses. What is your warranty on speaker repair?

We give a full one year warranty on all speaker repairs. This covers all workmanship and materials on any defective parts or service. The warranty does not cover burnt voice coils or customer abuse.

If I send you my speakers, when will I get them back? How long does it take?

We generally run 2-5 business days on repairs. Shipping could be anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you live.
