i had this infinity servo infinitesimal sub since the mid 90's and has served well as a HT sub. ok for music listening. last month i thought i blew the sub and was prepared to buy something new. i came across the re-edge kit and figured ill try it. i did not expect it to sound right when finished. i followed the easy instructions and watched a few videos and now i cant tell i ever had a problem!

Used the re-edge kit to repair my Infinity woofers. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Kit worked exactly as described. Within two days (glue dry time) my son was blaring my old Infinity speakers just like I used to. Thanks Orange County!

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Excellent product. (5.19.2012)

Replaced both the 10" and 3.5" foam on my Infinity RS 5000 Speakers. I was hesitant; never done anything like this before. Cleaning out(scraping off) old foam took most time. Replacement was a breeze and the speakers went from very, very poor sound (unusable), to very, very good sound again. Instructions were accurate and parts fit and look good. Much cheaper and greener than buying new speakers. Cheaper on ebay but gasket usually not included and not sure of quality. Only thing missing was free shipping from O.C.S.

Came with everything I needed and the instructions were very good. No expert at re-foaming speakers but its a great way to save some of the good stuff.

Sure, a lot of outfits will make claims they have "the goods". This is our first experience with Orange County Speaker, and you guys totally delivered! The foam is a great fit, and the woofer is singin' again. I wanted to share a trick I used during the repair. After concentric glue-up, I noticed there was a negative offset (pushed in) to the spider. I used WINDEX to lightly moisten the spider disk, and ran full excursion in free air at 20-40Hz. This converts it quickly to a kind of froth. I wiped & gently blew with my breath the residue out, and then inserted some loosely rolled-up newspaper tubes to gently prop the cone against the struts into correct position until dry. :D
